MBean for Tomcat

I am trying to figure out how to grab these stats from Jolokia for Tomcat. Can anyone lead me in the right direction ?

Deadlock threads
Blocked threads
Garbage collection
JDBC connections (count)

Its more a Tomcat question than a Jolokia one, I guess.

As a starting point you can have a look at the preconfigured Nagios checks in  https://github.com/rhuss/jmx4perl/blob/master/config/
